"Got the virtual number I needed"
Needed a virtual number quickly. Zadarma had the area code I was looking for, so I went with it. Setup wasn’t too bad. A few steps, but nothing confusing. It was working the same day, which was the main thing for me. So far, it’s been fine. No major issues

"Ported my number with ALMOST no hassle"
It took a little while to get everything switched over, but it went smoothly. My number ported fine in the end, so I’m happy with it. No major headaches, which was a BIG relief.

"Feels overpriced now"
It just doesn’t feel worth the price anymore. It’s gotten way too expensive, and I can’t help wondering if there are extra fees or charges quietly baked in somewhere.

Cloud PBX has been mostly fine. Call routing is useful, but setup took longer than expected and wasn’t super clear. Support did help, just a bit slow. Works well enough for our small team, not perfect.

"The mobile app is frustrating"
I tried using the Zadarma app on my phone, but it’s been a pain. Calls drops randomly, the menus is confusing, and it keeps logging me out for no reason. I messed with it a few times and just gave up.

"Setup was way easier than I thought"
I gave zadarma a try because I needed to get a number set up quickly and I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but the whole thing was surprisingly straightforward, I didn’t have to dig through a million confusing steps, a couple of settings took me a minute to figure out but nothing that made me want to give up, and before I knew it everything was working faster than I expected, so yeah, easy 5 stars from me.

"Support made the experience frustrating"
At first, using zadarma.com felt decent, and I thought everything was going to be smooth. But then I had to contact support over a simple question, and that’s where my mood changed quickly. I went from feeling okay about the service to getting really frustrated because the reply took way too long. When they finally got back to me, I was relieved for a second, but the answer felt rushed and didn’t really fix the issue. It’s not a terrible service overall, but the support really needs to be faster and more helpful.

"I’ve been using it for client calls..."
I’ve been using it for client calls, but the audio keeps dropping in and out a lot. It gets awkward because I’m trying to talk normal and then I miss what they said, or they miss me. Just makes the calls harder than they should be.

"Just felt harder than it should’ve been"
I tried setting up Zadarma with our CRM, it just didn’t feel right from the start. The integration kept failing, the setup was confusing, and support replies didn’t really clear things up. Maybe it works better for others, but my gut feeling was that it wasn’t worth the hassle...
"Decent coverage, but not perfect"
To be fair, calls worked fine for a lot of the countries I needed, and when they connected, the quality was usually okay. But there were a few places where the call quality was bad or it just wouldn’t connect at all. It’s not a terrible service, just a bit hit or miss depending on where you’re calling.

We’ve been using zadarma for our small team, the call routing has been a huge help. I can set calls to go to different people depending on the time, country, or even if someone doesn’t answer. It took me a little while to figure out all the settings, but once it was set up, it just worked. Makes our team seem way more organized than we actually are :)

"Billing seems clear so far"
I’ve been using Zadarma for a few months now, and so far the billing has been easy to understand. The charges have matched what I expected, at least from what I’ve seen, and I haven’t noticed any strange extra fees yet, which I definitely appreciate.

I’ve been using Zadarma for a while now, mostly for calls, and it’s been reliable overall. I haven’t had many dropped calls or strange issues, which is really all I need. Getting it set up took a little bit of figuring out, but nothing too bad. It’s not perfect or anything, but for the price, I’m happy enough and plan to keep using it.

"Verification was fine, but it made me a bit wary"
The account verification went through in the end, but it took a little longer than I expected. They asked me to upload some documents, and while I did get approved without too much hassle, the whole process made me feel slightly less confident than when I started.
